Manage and oversee global financial operations including US accounting, payroll, invoicing reporting, and compliance.
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting.
Handle consolidation of financial statements and budgeting.
Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the companyâs status and financial forecasts.
Oversee the operations and development of the companyâs revenue departments, including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.
Manage the company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
âEffectively manage US, Canada and India accounting.
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
8+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX compliance.
Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.
Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.
Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience in Quick-books & Zoho Books.
