seeking a Global IT Recruiter with strong experience in end -to -end
recruitment and international hiring. The role involves sourcing, screening,
and closing candidates across global regions while collaborating closely with
hiring managers and HR teams.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s
  or Master’s degree.
  
• 3–5
  years of recruitment experience, including international hiring.
  
• Strong
  communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
  
• Hands -on
  experience with job portals (Naukri) and social platforms (LinkedIn,
  Twitter).
  
• Experience
  in candidate screening, salary negotiation, interview coordination, and
  reference checks.
  
• Good
  understanding of global hiring practices and basic labor laws.
  
• Ability
  to prepare and maintain monthly recruitment reports.
  

Responsibilities

• Manage
  end -to -end recruitment for global requirements.
  
• Source
  candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  
• Screen
  resumes and conduct initial interviews.
  
• Coordinate
  with hiring managers and schedule client interviews.
  
• Negotiate
  offers and manage closures.
  
• Maintain
  recruitment reports and use data to improve hiring effectiveness.
  
• Standardize
  global recruitment processes and support hiring manager training.
