Program highlights :
Global Communication Systems: Training on managing and optimizing tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoho or Zoom for seamless inter -office communication.
Cultural Awareness: Workshops on cross -cultural communication to navigate differences in language, customs, and work styles.
Collaboration Tools: Familiarity with shared platforms like Google Workspace, SharePoint, Excel, Microsoft Office or Zoho workplace for management.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement office procedures and practices.
- Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures.
- Maintaining the general upkeep of the premises.
- Conduct routine checks to ensure safety and security.
- Attend to general issues and fixing simple problems.
- Contact relevant personnel for troubleshooting complex issues.
- Interact with clients, vendors and customers.
- Work with the Canada team from time to time.
- Oversee and direct staff as required.
- Excellent communicator with taking part in sales cycle.
