Key Responsibilities:

Global Agency Tie-up (Primary Focus)

• Network on LinkedIn to connect with international recruitment agencies.
  

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify global sourcing partners.
  

• Negotiate and establish partnerships for CV sourcing.
  

Local Agency Tie-up (Shared Responsibility)

• Manage select local agency partnerships for CV sourcing.
  

• Monitor and optimize CV flow to meet hiring needs.
  

Requirements

• Strong LinkedIn networking and digital outreach skills
  
• Experience in research and market analysis
  
• Ability to adapt to global recruitment trends
