Global Process Expert - Bill-to-Cash - SD Invoicing

Roles & Responsibilities :

As a B2C expert the candidate would be interacting with sales, finance operations, logistics and technical team. Should be able to understand the requirement/problem of the business users and able to suggest solutions. 

• Understand the Sales Business Framework (SBF) and prepare process level documentation as per project requirements.

• Participate in project scoping workshop and understand the relevant sub-processes which are applicable with respect to Bill to Cash.

• Initialization and implementation of process adjustments, standardization and optimization. 

• Good process understanding with respect to sales which include order management, delivery processing and shipment with focus on invoicing.  

   

• Planning and coordination of tests, training and migration, know how transfer and support for the bill to cash topics

Bachelors/Masters/Management or equivalent degree in the field of Business Administration/IT Systems/Sales & Marketing. • 6-8 years of relevant work experience in Process Consulting & SAP SD. The candidate must have working experience on SAP covering the topics: customer master, material master, pricing, Sales Order, Delivery, Shipment, Billing etc. Basic Knowledge of support processes E.g.  foreign trade, packaging, pricing, authorization and several other processes chains which are interlinked with Bill to cash.
