Job Description - Global Program Manager, Workforce Transformation

Job Description Summary

Drive end-to-end contingent worker vendor and invoicing operations by combining financial governance, contract management, process transformation, and AI/Python-led automation to improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational scalability

Job Description

Invoice & Financial Operations Ownership: Own end-to-end invoice management including PR/PO handling, reconciliation, and preparation of plan vs. actual bridges. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to defined financial controls.

AI-led Automation of Vendor Performance & Invoicing Processes: Lead the simplification and automation of vendor management and invoicing workflows using Python and AI-based solutions. Design and implement scalable mechanisms for intake, validation, reconciliation, and follow-ups, reducing manual effort and cycle time.

Contract & Commercial Understanding: Interpret and operationalize complex contracts, SOWs, and Change Requests. Track KPIs, timelines, financial commitments, and associated incentives/penalties, preferably within software development, support, or services environments.

Process Simplification & Modernization: Proactively identify inefficiencies in current workflows and redesign processes to eliminate redundant steps and non-value-added activities. Standardize and scale processes to improve efficiency, control, and consistency.

Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis: Conduct structured deep dives into operational and financial variances. Use analytical thinking to identify root causes, evaluate solution options, and drive closure through clear mitigation actions.

Planning & Resource Management: Apply planning concepts including forecasting, capacity planning, and resource management to align demand, supply, and financial plans.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Develop reports and dashboards using advanced Excel and Power BI. Translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders. Working knowledge of SQL is an added advantage.

Executive Communication & Visualization: Create high-quality presentations with clear storytelling and visualization. Develop process maps (e.g., swim lane diagrams) to drive clarity and alignment.

Continuous Improvement Mindset: Apply Lean principles to identify improvement opportunities and translate them into measurable operational outcomes. Stakeholder Management & Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with global stakeholders across functions. Lead discussions independently, communicate clearly (written and verbal), and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.

Required Qualification :

Total experience: 9+  years with Bachelor’s degree (preferred Engineering or Maths)

Working experience in automation / Python
