Global Strategy Insights - Associate Director

Role Purpose

The AD/Senior Manager will play a critical role in supporting global strategic priorities through capability development, execution of key global initiatives, and delivery support on engagements. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across geographies and functions.

Key Responsibilities

Global Learning & Capability Development (30%)

• Lead and facilitate global learning and capability-building initiatives.
• Drive knowledge sharing and adoption of leading practices across teams and regions.
• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen organizational capabilities aligned to business priorities.

Global Workstream Support (30%)

• Support the delivery of strategic global programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across geographies to drive execution and alignment.
• Contribute to governance, communications, project management, and continuous improvement efforts.

DD Support (40%)

• Support due diligence assignments as part of advisory projects
• Contribute to analysis, insight generation, and development of client-facing deliverables.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to identify key business drivers, risks, and value creation opportunities.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in advisory, consulting, transaction services, finance, or related professional services environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work seamlessly across global teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
