Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Live Session Coordinator to manage and ensure the smooth execution of our online live fitness and wellness sessions. This role is critical in delivering seamless experiences for both trainers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily live sessions from start to finish


• Create and verify session links and schedules


• Coordinate with trainers and arrange backups when required


• Monitor live sessions and provide real-time support to trainers and clients


• Manage session recordings and share them with relevant teams/groups


• Track attendance, session completion, trainer performance, and CSAT


• Submit daily and weekly reports


• Handle technical issues and escalate critical concerns immediately


• Manage 2–3 live sessions simultaneously while maintaining quality and accuracy

• Excellent multitasking and coordination skills


• Strong communication and quick decision-making ability


• High attention to detail and time management


• Ability to handle urgent situations calmly and efficiently


• Comfortable working with Zoom/Google Meet, Google Forms, and reporting tools
