About the Company

Our client is a global engineering consultancy with 500+ engineers and detailers across 5 countries, delivering BIM -enabled Structural and MEP engineering services for buildings and infrastructure projects. Through its Virtual Technical Office and End -to -End Engineering business lines, the company provides customized engineering solutions and integrated project planning & supervision services.

Role Overview
Own the operational P&L and lead end -to -end delivery, scalability, digital transformation, and organizational growth for a large engineering/BIM services organization serving international markets.

Key Responsibilities
P&L & Growth

• Own revenue, margins, and EBITDA.
  
• Drive growth through utilization (>88%), pricing, service expansion, and market growth.
  
• Achieve annual EBITDA targets.
  

Delivery & Client Excellence

• Ensure on -time delivery with zero critical defects.
  
• Maintain NPS >75.
  
• Lead governance, quality frameworks, and client escalations.
  

Capacity & Efficiency

• Scale operations through workforce planning and capability development.
  
• Optimize organizational structure and cost efficiency.
  

Process & Digital Transformation

• Lead automation initiatives using Tekla, Revit, Python, Power BI, and ERP.
  
• Implement ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and CMMI -equivalent systems.
  
• Drive BIM automation, cloud collaboration, and AI -based QA solutions.
  

Leadership

• Build strong second -line leadership.
  
• Foster a KPI -driven, high -performance culture.
  
• Maintain senior attrition below 12%.
  

Strategic Expansion

• Launch new services such as Precast, Facade, Modular, and Scan -to -BIM.
  
• Build partnerships with global software vendors.
  

Required Profile
Experience

• 15–25 years of total experience.
  
• 10+ years in Steel/RC Detailing or BIM (US/UK/Australia markets preferred).
  
• 7–10 years in senior leadership roles within ₹50 Cr+ organizations.
  
• Proven experience scaling engineering services operations.
  

Technical Expertise

• Strong knowledge of AISC, Eurocode, BS, and AS/NZS standards.
  
• Hands -on experience with STADPRO, ETABS, Tekla, Revit, SDS/2, StruMIS, Navisworks, and Solibri.
  
• Expertise in LOD 100–500 workflows, steel connections, and rebar detailing.
  

Education

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering (Mandatory).
  
• M.Tech preferred.
  
• MBA from a Tier -1 institution is desirable.
  

Leadership Traits

• Execution -focused, process -driven, strategic, and hands -on leader.
  
• Experience managing large engineering teams (500+ professionals).
  
• Willing to work full -time from Chennai.
