Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Context

The Goal is to rapidly build on Mahindra’s legendary off-road legacy and turn it into the ultimate aspirational lifestyle community. Creativity that can take the raw passion of thousands of Thar, Scorpio, and XUV owners and build a hyper-engaged, high-status "cult" that makes owning a Mahindra vehicle an unmissable ticket to a premium adventure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations-Curation Balance: This role will be on the intersection of both operational grit and premium travel design. The candidate will oversee everything from multi-day expeditions and competitive off-road rallies to curated luxury glamping trails for example.


• Cult & Community Building: Key gap currently is right usage of the customer database; we need to nurture high-status consumer sub-cultures by designing tiered membership structures, creating a sense of deep psychological lock-in to the community.


• The Platform & Asset-Light Ecosystem: Have the ability to move Mahindra Adventures from a physical event coordinator into a scalable digital and physical marketplace, understanding of the external partner eco-system and Digital platforms is a must.


• Commercialisation & Cross-Sell Impact: The candidate will own the P&L . Not only from running profitable adventure packages, secure premium corporate sponsorships, and create high-margin merchandise lines but also track how active community engagement in Adventures directly drives future vehicle upgrades /adoption.

Preferred Industries

Education Qualification

• MBA in Marketing or related field (preferred).

General Experience

• 14–18+ years of brand management, experiential marketing, or automotive/lifestyle brand experience.


• Strong strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build scalable experience-led brands.
