GM Purchase

• Ensure the purchase team aligns with company objectives, fostering a collaborative environment.
  
• Set clear performance expectations, conduct evaluations, & provide regular feedback to enhance team efficiency.
  
• Offer guidance & expertise in procurement strategies, resolving complex issues, and mentoring team members in negotiation and vendor management.
  
• Develop & enforce procurement policies and procedures, conducting regular training sessions to ensure compliance.
  

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree is preferred

10 -12+ years of experience in
procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role,
preferably in the distillery or manufacturing industry.
