Job Purpose



The role holder acts as the HR Business Partner for the entire partner workforce and VIMSL subsidiary in the circle ensuring that the partner workforce is productive, compliant and future-ready thereby enabling circle business. The role holder constantly identifies and deploys best practices in HR, creates robust HR processes, consistently maintain HR systems and execution of smooth processes, partnering with all the functions to ensure internal customers satisfaction.



Key Result Areas/Accountabilities



End to end ownership of Partner Workforce & NFTE Operations



  • Responsible for Manpower fulfilment, talent management, skilling, retention, compliance, engagement and analytics.

  • Drive excellence in experience across lifecycle processes that must be common minimum and consistent across geographies.


Building a future fit, efficient & Compliant Organization



  • Maintain ViMSL and Non-FTE headcount within approved budgets, with manpower fulfilment sustained at required levels at all times.

  • Govern vendor agencies on compliance management, cost adherence, contractual obligations, and service delivery standards. Conduct structured reviews to check implementation of policies, guidelines and processes.

  • HRIS, Performance, productivity & HR analytics management

  • Constantly work towards automation and digitization opportunities to drive efficiencies in ways of working, reporting and governance.


 


Rewards & Policies:



  • Deploy all Rewards and recognition programs for employees in in the circle in line to the organization guidelines 

  • Employee education on policies /benefits etc.

  • SIP governance
