CTC 45 to 50 LPA

Property Identification

Infrastructure Assessment

Statutory Compliance Checks

Negotiation of Rental / Lease Terms

Due Diligence

Coordination with the Legal Team

Handover to the Project Team

Negotiation on Renewal & Lease

Lead the team

Competitor Tracking

Catchment Area Analysis

Requirements

Graduation in any stream

Prior experience in Property Identification and Retail Expansion at a National Level for a QSR / Cafe / Retail Brand

(Relevant experience in other industries cannot be considered)

Average Tenure to be more than 3
