GM-Corp Function PDL

Job Purpose

The Corp Function Product Delivery Lead governs end-to-end digital delivery for digital assets used by corporate functions including HR and applications for employees like R&R and employee experience portal. This role orchestrates cross-functional teams of designers, developers, analytics experts, AI engineers and QA specialists to deliver business features and digital journeys that enhance user experience and drive adoption. The leader sets delivery excellence standards, ensures application stability, and drives continuous improvement across the corporate function digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities and reskilling as applicable

• Product Strategy & End-to-End Ownership: Serve as the key strategist and execution partner for Corporate Function apps, owning the product roadmap and end-to-end delivery of digital features aligned with business vision leveraging AI and adhering to strict timelines.


• Digital Transformation & Process Optimization: Execute the complete digitization of business processes or customer journeys, lead the integration and effective use of AI-driven tools and technologies to reduce operational friction and modernize legacy workflows.


• Adoption & Performance Metrics: Drive continuous KPI improvements for high-impact capabilities, including digital adoption metrics and secure adoption of AI


• Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment across a diverse network of internal and external teams—including functional product managers, IT, AI , engineering, UI/UX design, analytics, sales, marketing, and external support agencies.


• Agile Pipeline & Demand Governance: Govern the delivery pipeline, utilizing stakeholder-driven prioritization, and coordinating with implementation teams for effective resource planning.


• Rigorous Quality Engineering: Enforce strict SIT/UAT testing standards to guarantee a <1% defect escape rate while ensuring rapid issue resolution ahead of production rollouts.


• Operations & Incident Management: Lead PAN-India application availability and stability by managing critical S1/S2 incidents, conducting root-cause resolution, and overseeing post-production support.


• Launch & Release Management: Maintain ultimate accountability for all development and operations activities, spanning partner coordination, pre-production readiness, and seamless enterprisewide product deployments.


• Effective use of AI tools: Leverage AI tools to automate workflows, basic prompt engineering, streamlining internal processes

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Education Qualification

B.E./B.Tech and MBA or equivalent

Years of working experience

5-6 years total with at least 2 years in agile digital product delivery and cross-functional team leadership
