As part of our Reinvention Deployed Engineering (RDE) organization within Strategy & Consulting, you will help clients move from never-ending AI pilots to performance — turning AI ambition into measurable business value at scale. RDE brings strategy, process reinvention, engineering, and value management into one collocated, fast-moving pod that defines the business problem first, co-owns the reinvention with the client, and designs for production from day one, with the goal of a live, measured, scalable solution in 90 days. Because AI models alone do not solve business problems — understanding workflows and industry context is what unlocks value — this role is central to how the engagement delivers.

As Manager, you bring deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration to design agentic workflows and define AI / agent features. You own the solution concept, the end-to-end workflow design, the product scope and roadmap, and the value case that justifies them — partnering with clients to identify high-impact reinvention opportunities enabled by agentic AI, Generative AI, and automation, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to translate intent into measurable outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Partner with client stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact reinvention opportunities, and shape the workflow and value roadmap that frames the engagement.
  • Own and design end-to-end, cross-functional workflows, defining where Generative AI, LLM-based assistance, and agentic automation augment or replace human steps.
  • Define the agentic solution design — single vs. multi-agent orchestration patterns, agent roles and intent, prompt logic, RAG grounding needs, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints — as clear input for build and delivery teams.
  • Own product scope and the multi-sprint roadmap — translate workflows into AI-feature definitions and a prioritized backlog, and provide functional input to build-vs-buy and AI-adoption decisions aligned to business outcomes.
  • Define workflow logic, states, handoffs, and exception paths, and translate client processes into clear requirements that engineering can work against.
  • Own the value story for the engagement — define value metrics and KPIs, establish the baseline, build the business case, and create and track the value realization plan.
  • Drive delivery using agile / Scrum / hybrid methodologies, governing scope, dependencies, and acceptance against business intent.
  • Apply industry and regulatory knowledge to ensure compliant, realistic, domain-aware workflow and product designs.
  • Lead a cross-functional delivery pod — Full Stack Engineers, AI Model Specialists, Ecosystem Partner Cloud Architects, UX/UI designers, and Data Specialists — as the bridge between business need and delivered agentic AI solutions.
  • Create thought leadership and reusable methodologies for end-to-end workflow design, AI-readiness assessment, product definition, and value architecture.
  • Partner with change management to drive stakeholder alignment, training, business readiness, and sustained adoption; track outcomes and benefits realization against the baseline value case; and stay current with key industry and technology trends.
  • Drive business development and pre-sales — shape the workflow, product, and value narrative, deliver client presentations, and develop proposals and RFP responses that convey the proposed end-to-end solution and its quantified business impact.

  • Product management skills — product scoping, AI-feature definition, prioritization frameworks, backlog ownership, and agile / hybrid delivery.
  • Ability to define value metrics and KPIs, build baseline value cases, and connect workflow and product design to measurable business outcomes.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong storytelling with data and ability to communicate workflow, product, and value impact to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong program management skills with the ability to structure, govern, and deliver multi-workstream transformation programs.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate a cross-functional delivery pod — Full Stack Engineers, AI Model Specialists, Ecosystem Partner Cloud Architects, UX/UI designers, and Data Specialists — to turn workflow and product design into working agentic AI solutions, with strong stakeholder management across client and delivery teams.

Your experience counts!

  • Min. 7 years of relevant consulting experience in the required domain, with a proven track record as a business process / workflow consultant or product owner / manager designing end-to-end, cross-functional workflows and translating them into a scoped, prioritized product backlog.
  • Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration — able to define where and how agentic solutions apply, frame prompt and grounding requirements, and shape AI / agent features.
  • Experience defining value metrics and KPIs, building baseline value cases, and owning value realization planning.
  • A demonstrable track record of designing and delivering process / workflow / product solutions with clients to deliver real business value.
  • Solid background in end-to-end process architecture, enterprise process mapping, and product scoping / prioritization.
  • Experience with domain-specific operating models, industry value streams, and agile / hybrid delivery methodologies preferred.
  • Hands-on exposure to agentic AI frameworks, LLM/RAG-based solutions, and multi-agent orchestration tooling, and to process-mining platforms (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining); relevant AI or transformation certifications are a plus.
  • Industry domain experience is desirable in industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Goods & Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, or High-Tech.
  • Effective communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels.

    Educational Qualification

    MBA or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college is preferred.
