As part of our Reinvention Deployed Engineering (RDE) organization within Strategy & Consulting, you will lead client journeys from never-ending AI pilots to performance — turning AI ambition into measurable business value at scale. RDE brings strategy, process reinvention, engineering, and value management into one collocated, fast-moving pod that defines the business problem first, co-owns the reinvention with the client, and designs for production from day one, with the goal of a live, measured, scalable solution in 90 days. Because AI models alone do not solve business problems — understanding workflows and industry context is what unlocks value — you set the agenda for how that value is identified, designed, and realized.

As Senior Manager, you own the enterprise end-to-end workflow vision, the product roadmap, and the value realization agenda for the engagement. Bringing deep command of Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration, you shape the agentic operating model and advise executives on where agentic AI reshapes the value chain. You leverage deep industry expertise to create value-driven solutions, provide executive advisory and industry thought leadership, and govern compliant, agent-ready workflows and the value cases that justify them.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Co-create future-state, AI-native enterprise workflow architectures with senior client business stakeholders, owning the overall solution concept and product vision across functions, systems, and data.
  • Own the enterprise product vision and multi-quarter roadmap, and set the agentic AI adoption strategy — including where Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, and multi-agent orchestration reshape the value chain, plus build-vs-buy and Generative AI direction — explicitly aligned to business outcomes.
  • Govern the standards for agentic solution design across engagements — multi-agent orchestration patterns, RAG grounding and enterprise context strategy, prompt and agent-intent quality, guardrails, human-in-the-loop, and responsible-AI compliance.
  • Lead Business Architecture framing through Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling, including mapping where AI, automation, and orchestration reshape the operating model.
  • Own enterprise value realization end to end — define the value story, KPIs, and success metrics, establish baselines, govern the business case, and drive benefits realization at portfolio level.
  • Govern product scope, prioritization frameworks, and delivery methodology (agile / Scrum / hybrid, SDLC governance) so that workflow and product designs reach production reliably.
  • Be adept in end-to-end process architecture, enterprise process mapping, and process intelligence / mining (e.g., Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate) to anchor discovery and value identification.
  • Lead the creation of assets, accelerators, workflow blueprints, product playbooks, and value-case libraries that scale reinvention across engagements.
  • Apply industry and regulatory knowledge to govern compliant, realistic, domain-specific workflow and product designs.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and alignment across Full Stack Engineers, AI Model Specialists, Ecosystem Partner Cloud Architects, UX/UI designers, Data Specialists, and business teams at executive level.
  • Partner with change management to drive stakeholder alignment, business readiness, and sustained adoption at scale; provide coaching, management, and development for team members.
  • Lead business development and pre-sales — own solutioning and proposals for RFP responses, especially in AI-infused reinvention pursuits, and demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to solve complex business problems.

  • Executive-grade product leadership — owning product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and value realization across an engagement portfolio.
  • Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight.
  • Storytelling with data and communicating workflow, product, and value impact to executive, non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership of  cross-functional delivery pods — Full Stack Engineers, AI Model Specialists, Ecosystem Partner Cloud Architects, UX/UI designers, and Data Specialists — to deliver agentic AI solutions at enterprise scale, with the team-management skills to grow and develop talent.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to structure, govern, and deliver multi-workstream transformation programs.
  • Experience governing end-to-end workflow, product, and value realization across business units and a portfolio of engagements.

    MBA or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 college is preferred.

    • Min. 10 years of relevant consulting experience in the required domain.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Deep industry functional process knowledge across Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Record to Report, Hire to Retire, etc., with the ability to design to-be workflows and overlay AI, automation, and orchestration interventions.
    • Track record of leading enterprise reinvention or transformation programs to measured business outcomes.
    • In-depth knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journeys, and the application of agentic AI and Generative AI to enterprise operating models — from a value-shaping perspective.
    • Industry domain experience is desirable in industries such as Manufacturing, Consumer Goods & Retail, Life Sciences, Telecom, BFSI, Oil & Gas, Energy & Utilities, or High-Tech.
    • Experience with Lean Six Sigma projects and/or training/certification will be a plus.
    • Exposure to process mining analytics, value-stream mapping, agile / hybrid delivery, or value realization frameworks preferred.
    • Effective communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels.
