Job Title -  SAP S4 HANA Intelligent Functions - Consumer Goods & Services / GN-Industry-Consumer Goods & Services

Management Level : Analyst / Consultant / Manager

Location: Bengaluru/Gurugram/Mumbai

Must have skills: SAP S/4HANA 2021 and above, working across core functional tracks. Must demonstrate depth in at least one primary module with cross-module awareness: (1) SD/OTC – aATP, Settlement Management, ARM, BRF+; exposure to SAP Advanced Intercompany Sales, SAP TM, SAP GTS, or SAP DRC is a strong plus. (2) MM/Procurement – Core P2P with EWM, 3PL Integration, or Supply Planning exposure. (3) FI-CO – Base AR including advanced cash application; FSCM (Credit/Disputes/Collections), Universal Parallel Accounting (UPA), Product Costing, or multi-IFRS experience preferred. (4) PP/QM – Discrete and/or continuous manufacturing; planning tool exposure in Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, or PPDS is highly desirable. (5) EWM – End-to-end warehouse implementation across On-Premise, Private Cloud (RISE), or Public Cloud. Must have led or significantly contributed to at least 4-5 end-to-end RFP responses as a SAP Solution or Functional Architect. Exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI principles, and SAP Business AI integration is a strong plus.

Good to have skills:

Prior experience delivering 3-4 large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and implementation programs for global clients, ideally spanning On-Premise, RISE with SAP (Private Cloud), and/or Public Cloud deployments

Experience in consumer goods industry is highly desirable; understanding of AI-driven supply chain, intelligent automation, or SAP Joule / embedded AI capabilities is an added advantage

Proven success in client-facing roles across 5-6 engagements, with demonstrable experience in stakeholder management, executive presentations, and solution storytelling

As a part of the CG&S industry practice, you will work with leading consumer packaged goods clients across the globe, develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

• Be a part of the Intelligent Functions team, one of the key capabilities or sub-industry areas to support Platforms-driven business design and assessment such as value assessment, business case creation, business process re-engineering and so on.
• Provide solutions for complex client problems across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape throughout the project lifecycle, providing subject matter expertise with a strong strategic awareness of the SAP market and associated technologies.
• Work as a lead SAP Functional Solution Architect and support with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests.
• Engage with clients in understanding their requirements, scoping, discovering and defining solutions, explaining business benefits and use cases and developing a roadmap to meet their goals.
• Create innovative solution designs that utilize our extensive service offerings.
• Support our business development activities, working with our sales teams in proposal generation, shaping the solution plan and delivery approach for SAP transformations.
• Be responsible for integration with different ERP Solutions including SAP and create proof of concepts as and when required.

Job Qualifications

Experience: 3-12 years

• Educational Qualification: MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school preferred; B.E./B.Tech with relevant SAP certifications considered equivalent for technical specialist roles
