We are looking for a skilled Golang Developer to build high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend applications for modern distributed systems. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about backend engineering, microservices architecture, and developing robust APIs that power enterprise-grade applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize backend services while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.

As a Golang Developer, you will contribute to the complete software development lifecycle, from solution design and implementation to deployment and performance optimization. The role offers an opportunity to work with modern technologies, cloud-native architectures, and event-driven systems in a collaborative engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications and services using Golang (Go).
• Build and manage scalable REST APIs and gRPC services for seamless system integration.
• Develop and optimize microservices-based architectures to support high-performance applications.
• Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code by applying software design patterns and engineering best practices.
• Integrate and manage messaging systems such as RabbitMQ and workflow-based communication services.
• Develop workflow automation and orchestration using Temporal and build backend services with the Ginframework.
• Design and optimize database interactions using PostgreSQL and ORM frameworks to ensure efficient data access.
• Troubleshoot application issues, optimize system performance, and ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 3+ years of experience in backend software development with strong expertise in Golang (Go).
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs, gRPC services, and microservices-based applications.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and design patterns.
• Experience working with RabbitMQ, workflow messaging systems, or other asynchronous communication frameworks.
• Hands-on knowledge of the Gin framework and Temporal workflow orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL, SQL optimization, and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with distributed systems, cloud-native application development, and backend performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to code quality and scalability.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in Agile development environments.
