Requirements

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and
  maintain backend applications using Golang.
  
• Build and maintain REST APIs
  and gRPC services.
  
• Develop scalable
  microservices and integrate with internal and third-party systems.
  
• Write clean, maintainable,
  and well-tested code.
  
• Optimize application
  performance, reliability, and scalability.
  
• Collaborate with Product,
  QA, DevOps, and cross-functional teams.
  
• Participate in code reviews
  and technical discussions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve
  production issues.
  
• Leverage AI-powered
  developer tools (such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or
  similar) to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, documentation,
  and test case generation while validating AI-generated outputs.
  

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Golang.
  
• Hands-on experience with
  REST APIs and gRPC.
  
• Good understanding of
  Goroutines, Channels, and Concurrency.
  
• Basic understanding of
  Microservices architecture.
  
• Experience with
  PostgreSQL/MySQL.
  
• Familiarity with Redis or
  caching mechanisms.
  
• Basic knowledge of Docker
  and Git.
  
• Understanding of CI/CD
  concepts.
  
• Good problem-solving and
  debugging skills.
  

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of
  Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
  
• Experience in FinTech,
  Payments, or Banking domain.
  
• Familiarity with AI-assisted
  software development workflows and prompt engineering.
  

Qualification

• B.Tech or MCA from a recognized
  university.
