Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail -oriented Google Ads Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a fresher looking to launch a career in digital marketing with a strong focus on performance advertising. As a Google Ads Associate, you will play a key role in managing, optimizing, and analyzing Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video channels. You will work closely with marketing strategists and content teams to drive lead generation, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI. This position offers hands -on experience with industry -leading tools and platforms, providing a solid foundation for long -term growth in digital marketing. Your contributions will directly impact our brand’s visibility, customer acquisition, and overall digital marketing success.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Video, and Shopping channels.
Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to improve campaign relevance and performance.
Optimize bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to achieve cost -effective results and maximize ROI.
Generate regular performance reports and present insights to marketing stakeholders.
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
Stay updated on Google Ads platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Assist in A/B testing of ad variations, landing pages, and audience segments.
Maintain organized documentation of campaign strategies, performance data, and optimization actions.

Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising.
Familiarity with Google Ads interface and core campaign types (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast -paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, platforms, and strategies.
Freshers with internship experience in digital marketing or advertising are encouraged to apply.
