Role Overview
We are hiring a results-obsessed Google Ads Media Buyer specializing in high-intent conversion campaigns on CPS models. This role is ideal for someone who understands user intent, buying signals, and profit-driven scaling, not just traffic generation.

Key Responsibilities

      

       
Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent conversions (CPS model)

       
Build and optimize bottom-funnel keyword strategies that drive maximum purchase intent

       
Continuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, and profitability

       
Leverage smart bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding) for scaling

       
Identify and expand high-converting funnels & arbitrage opportunities

       
Conduct deep performance analysis (intent mapping, search terms, funnel drop-offs)

       
Run A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and conversion flows

       
Manage budgets aggressively while maintaining positive ROI benchmarks

       
Collaborate with affiliate & advertiser teams for offer alignment & scaling

       
Ensure real-time issue identification & optimization cycles aligned with performance KPIs

      

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Google Ads (conversion-focused campaigns)
  


• Strong experience in CPS / Affiliate / Performance Marketing
  


• ​Proven ability to drive high-intent traffic → conversions → revenue
  Expertise in:
  Keyword intent mapping (BOFU heavy)
  Conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Trackier, etc.)
  Funnel optimization & arbitrage logic
  Hands-on experience with high-budget, ROI-driven campaigns
  Strong analytical mindset with focus on profit, not just volume
  Prior experience in affiliate networks / performance agencies preferred
