Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead initiatives within our Google Cloud Development Services division. In this pivotal role, the incumbent will be responsible for architecting and deploying robust cloud solutions while leveraging advanced generative and agentic AI capabilities. The position demands a deep understanding of the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem to drive innovation, ensure system reliability, and optimize performance across complex, cross-functional environments. This role is essential for bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI technologies and practical business applications, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration across diverse teams to align technical solutions with broader organizational objectives.
  • Implement comprehensive strategies for application monitoring, conducting deep-dive performance tuning to maximize efficiency and reliability.
  • Lead incident management protocols, executing rapid troubleshooting procedures to resolve critical issues and minimize downtime.
  • Design and deploy solutions utilizing Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks to enhance automation and decision-making processes.
  • Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques, establishing robust AI evaluation frameworks to ensure model accuracy and safety.
  • Architect scalable cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform services, ensuring adherence to best practices for security and cost-efficiency.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of Google Cloud services, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Possess 4-6 years of professional experience within the IT Services sector, specifically focusing on cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrate proven expertise in Cross-functional Collaboration and the ability to work effectively within dynamic team structures.
  • Show strong proficiency in Application Monitoring, Performance Tuning, and Incident Management.
  • Exhibit advanced knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI Evaluation Frameworks.
  • Hold a solid command of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services and Cloud Architecture principles.
  • Have a track record of delivering successful Google Cloud Development Services projects.
  • Be prepared to work within a competitive salary range of ₹12 lpa.
