Job Description - Government Public Policy Research

Identify, analyze and track government
schemes across healthcare, education, employment, and social welfare domains.
Study user demographics to assess eligibility
and relevance of government schemes
Respond to user queries with well researched,
accurate and timely information, enhancing user trust and engagement.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive,
structured database of government schemes and FAQ’s.
Partner with Product, Operations and Customer
engagement teams to seamlessly integrate policy related content.

Requirements

Analytical, Strong
communication, User centric mindset, Passion for governance, public policy and
social impact.

Education -

Bachelor’s in Public
policy, Social science, Economics or Political science
