Tasks

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of Grade 1 students.

• Assess and monitor student progress through observations, assignments, and assessments, providing feedback and support where needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to discuss student progress, behavior, and any concerns or achievements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience teaching at the primary level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning.
