Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, syllabus-aligned Chemistry lessons for CBSE Grades 9 & 10, ensuring conceptual clarity and exam readiness.


• Design and execute classroom experiments, demonstrations, and lab activities following safety protocols and curriculum guidelines.


• Create and grade assessments, homework, and practice tests—using results to adapt teaching methods and address learning gaps.


• Conduct regular parent-teacher meetings and provide progress reports to support student development.


• Collaborate with subject heads to align lesson plans, revise curriculum content, and improve pedagogy based on student performance trends.


• Maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that encourages curiosity, participation, and scientific inquiry.
