Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)-Quality

Job Overview:

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) in Quality at Eriez, you will embark on an exciting journey to develop your expertise in quality assurance and control within our manufacturing environment. This entry-level position is designed for recent engineering graduates who are eager to learn about quality processes, inspection techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in compliance with international standards.
• Conduct inspections, tests, and audits to ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, document, and resolve quality issues.
• Support the development of quality control inspection plans and procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations pertaining to quality metrics.
• Learn and utilize quality tools and techniques such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Kaizen.
• Stay informed about industry standards and regulations related to quality management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• Recent graduates are most welcome.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and exposure to quality management software is a plus.
