Summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging classroom sessions and hands-on practical workshops focused on advanced gemological techniques.
  
• Design, update, and curate high-quality training materials and instructional resources tailored to the curriculum standards.
  
• Evaluate student performance through rigorous assessments, providing constructive feedback to guide their professional development.
  
• Develop and refine the educational curriculum to ensure it remains current with industry trends and technological advancements.
  
• Deliver clear and impactful presentations, effectively communicating complex gemological concepts to diverse audiences.
  
• Act as a mentor to students, offering guidance on career paths and professional conduct within the gem and jewelry trade.
  

• Possess a minimum of 10+ years of professional experience in the field of gemology or related educational roles.
  
• Hold a recognized Graduate Gemmologist (GG) certification or equivalent advanced qualification.
  
• Demonstrate expert proficiency in diamond grading, identification, and the evaluation of colored stones.
  
• Exhibit exceptional skills in classroom instruction, practical training delivery, and the creation of educational content.
  
• Display strong capabilities in student assessment, mentoring, and curriculum design.
  
• Possess outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with mandatory fluency in both English and Kannada.
  
• Have a proven track record of developing training modules and assessing learner progress effectively.
