Graduate Trainee Engineer - Electrical

Engineering & Design

• Prepare
  and review electrical design calculations, single -line diagrams (SLD),
  load lists, cable sizing, earthing & lighting layouts, Cable
  Scheduling & fitting BOQ preparation
  
• PLC
  MCC spec preparation as per agreement & load list/IOs list.
  
• Review
  vendor drawings for MCC, PCC, VFD, transformers, DG sets, UPS, and field
  instruments 
  
• Coordinate
  with process, mechanical, and instrumentation teams for integrated design.
  
• Ensure
  compliance with IS, IEC, IEEE, NEC, and client specifications.
  

Procurement Support

• Prepare
  BOQ, technical specifications, and datasheets for electrical
  equipment.
  
• Technical
  evaluation of vendor offers and support commercial finalization.
  
• Coordinate
  with vendors for drawing approvals and manufacturing follow -ups.
  

Project Execution

• Supervise
  site activities for cable laying, termination, erection of panels,
  transformers, motors, lighting, earthing systems.
  
• Ensure
  installation as per approved drawings, standards, and safety norms.
  
• Coordinate
  with civil and mechanical teams for interface activities.
  
• Monitor
  site progress and support project schedules.
  

Testing & Commissioning

• Conduct
  and witness IR tests, continuity tests, HT/LT panel testing, transformer
  testing, motor trial runs.
  
• Support
  pre -commissioning and commissioning of electrical systems.
  
• Prepare
  commissioning reports and handover documentation.
