We are looking for Graduate Trainee Engineer - Technical Writer

You’ll make a difference by:

·       Must be a science graduate preferably B.E. in EEE, E&C, IT, CS, and Industrial production

·       Must have flair for Technical Writing

·       Good communication Skills

·       Good interpersonal skills

·       Proactive and a go getter attitude.

·       Must have a certification in Technical Writing - knowledge of end-user documentation/product

·       Knowledge of style guides like MMOS and Chicago manual of style

·       Technical documentation/Video Documentation knowledge in working with XML editor, authoring and other graphics related tools

·       Responsible for authoring tasks, creation, and integration of printed or electronic end user documentation, crafting videos

·       Basic understanding of any Content Management System which is based on single sourcing

·       Concept Planning and tracking status of project requirements, adhering to standard processes, and ensuring timely delivery of work you're doing

·       Understanding needs of the domain, end customers, and orienting operations towards meeting these needs

·       Collaboration with partners across all locations, conducting meetings, reporting, status, ensuring partner happiness, and enabling standard methodology sharing

·       Knowledge of documentation methodologies like AGILE (Scrum and Kanban) and so on.

·       Standardize content across platforms, media, and write supporting documents for products

·       Must be result focused, process and quality oriented
