As part of our creative team, you’ll play a key role in visually bringing our brand to life across digital and print platforms, with a focus on converting creatives for e-commerce, social media, and marketing campaigns.

🎯 Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating compelling, visually consistent designs that align with our brand identity and drive engagement and conversion. You'll work closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to produce high-quality assets for web, social, ads, packaging, and more.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact marketing visuals for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and e-commerce platforms
• Develop creative assets for product packaging, labels, brochures, and print materials
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize creative campaigns and brand visuals
• Ensure brand consistency across all assets and platforms
• Translate complex ideas and messaging into clean, compelling visual language
• Work within deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Support occasional motion design or video thumbnail creation (bonus skill)

✅ Requirements & Skills

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience (in-house or agency)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and print design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus)
• Experience designing for e-commerce, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage
• Deep understanding of design principles, typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
• Familiarity with performance marketing and what drives conversion is a plus
• Submission of a sample editing task is required to proceed to the next step in the selection process
