Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of professional experience to join our creative team. This role involves conceptualizing and delivering visually impactful designs across both digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio, a sharp design sensibility, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality graphics for web, social media, email campaigns, print materials, presentations, and branding assets.
• Translate briefs and creative visions into engaging, visually compelling design solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and program teams to ensure consistent brand identity across all channels.
• Manage projects from concept to final delivery with attention to detail and quality.
• Prepare final artwork for both digital and print production.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming and campaign planning sessions.
• Adapt and resize existing creative assets as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven professional graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.
• Experience in designing for both print and digital formats, especially:
• Social media creatives (posters, carousels, video snippets)
• Event creatives (on-ground)
• Academic research reports (design, graphic illustrations, formatting)
• Whitepapers (design and formatting)
• Research briefs (design and formatting)
• Newsletter templates
• Webpage design
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Receptiveness to feedback and willingness to experiment with new creative approaches.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, reel creation).
• UI/UX design experience.
• Photography or illustration skills.
• Experience using Figma.
• Understanding of Instagram’s content trends and design formats that perform well on the platform.
