Position Summary:
We are seeking a passionate, experienced, highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to bring ideas to life across digital, brand, and marketing touchpoints. This role requires strong design fundamentals, hands-on expertise in industry tools, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals that align with brand strategy. You will work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to craft visually impactful assets across web, social, events, and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, website, presentations, and events.
- Create marketing collaterals including banners, brochures, case studies, pitch decks, and ads.
- Develop creative concepts aligned with brand positioning and campaign goals.
- Produce and edit short-form explainer and product videos.
- Design UI mockups, landing page layouts, and visual components in collaboration with marketing team.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Work on quick-turnaround creative requests without compromising quality.
Basic Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma and Adobe Lightroom.
- Experience in Video editing tools (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut or similar)
- Solid understanding of: Typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Social media content formats and digital-first design.
- Basic motion graphics and short-form video editing.
- Image retouching and color grading.
- Should have a strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, brand assets, and video work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in digital design, branding, or marketing-focused design roles.
- Experience designing for tech, SaaS, or B2B brands is a plus.
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail.
