Graphic Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-focused Graphic Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating visually engaging designs that support our brand strategy and marketing goals. This position demands a combination of creativity, technical skill, and flexibility to work with evolving digital design tools, including AI-powered platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Produce high-quality creative assets for:

* Social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)

* Digital marketing initiatives

* Branding and promotional collateral

* Website banners, landing pages, and email design elements

- Develop compelling layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual concepts using:

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Illustrator

* CorelDRAW

* Canva

- Support basic video editing tasks, including reels, short-form videos, and multimedia content.

- Leverage AI-driven design tools to enhance productivity and foster creative experimentation.

- Ensure brand consistency by adhering closely to established brand guidelines across all visual materials.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and sales teams to brainstorm and develop campaign creatives.

- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

- Keep up to date with industry trends, new design software, UI/UX best practices, and evolving digital marketing aesthetics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Expertise in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

- Familiarity with AI-based design tools and generative design platforms.

- Strong knowledge of:

* Color theory

* Typography

* Layout composition

* Visual hierarchy

- Basic video editing skills are a plus.

- Effective communication skills and the ability to interpret creative briefs accurately.

- Openness to constructive criticism and the capability to revise designs accordingly.

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

- A proactive attitude with eagerness to learn and adapt.

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

- A portfolio presenting academic, freelance, or personal work is mandatory.
