· Design marketing assets across digital channels: infographics, LinkedIn and social posts, service -page visuals, ad creatives, and downloadable resources.
· Read a brief, ask the right questions, and design against the actual objective, not just the surface request.
· Make deliberate design decisions (layout, hierarchy, typography, colour) and be able to explain the reasoning behind each one.
· Translate technical B2B subject matter into clear, professional visuals for an expert audience.
· Work within brand guidelines while keeping each asset fresh and purposeful.
· Iterate quickly based on feedback and manage multiple deliverables to deadline.
· 2+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in B2B or a marketing/agency setting.
· Strong command of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva or equivalent).
· A portfolio that shows clear thinking, not just polish. We care why you made choices as much as how they look.
· The ability to explain and defend your design decisions in your own words.
· Understanding of designing for a specific audience and purpose, especially professional or technical audiences.
· Attention to detail, ownership of your work, and the initiative to flag problems early.
Nice to have
· Exposure to AEC, engineering, construction, or other technical B2B industries.
· Understanding of how design supports marketing goals (engagement, conversion, brand).
· Comfort using AI tools as an aid, while owning the thinking and the output yourself.
