  Role Overview

●      We’re looking for someone who can edit exceptionally well and think like a content creator.

●      This role is about executing ideas with precision—turning concepts into scroll-stopping,

high-performing content across ads and social. If you understand both aesthetic storytelling and what drives conversions, you’ll do well here.

What you will do

●      Edit high-performance ad creatives for Meta and other platforms

●       Create aesthetic, brand-aligned social media content

●      Develop product videos, catalog visuals, and campaign edits

●      Translate references and briefs into polished, premium outputs*

●      Experiment with AI tools (Higgsfield, etc.) to create standout content

●      Optimize videos for hooks, retention, and conversions 

What We’re Looking For

●      Strong editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / After Effects or similar)

●      A sharp eye for design, composition, and storytelling

●      Understanding of performance content (especially Meta ads)

●      Ability to create content that feels premium and “wow”

●      Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment

●      Interest in AI-led content creation workflows 

D2C Experience (Strong Advantage)

●      Candidates with prior D2C experience tend to do especially well in this role.

●      You likely understand:

●      What makes a product stand out in a crowded feed

●      How to balance branding with performance

●      The importance of iterations, testing, and speed

●      Creating content that is not just beautiful—but drives sales 

 Bonus (Not Mandatory)

●      Ability to shoot content in addition to editing

●      Experience with product/lifestyle shoots

●      Motion graphics / animation skills
