Graphic Designer

We are seeking a new Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be designing a wide variety of things across digital and offline media. To be successful in this position, you’ll be a self-starter, capable of delivering brilliant creative ideas, and show amazing attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media creatives, digital advertisements, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Create visually appealing branding materials, including logos, brand identity assets, and corporate communication designs.
• Design website banners, landing page graphics, email creatives, and UI elements as required.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and development teams to execute creative campaigns and business objectives.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all digital and print platforms.
• Edit, retouch, and enhance images, illustrations, and other visual assets.
• Develop creative concepts and innovative design solutions for marketing campaigns.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and digital assets as per project requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI design tools, and industry best practices.
• Incorporate feedback and revise designs to achieve the desired outcome.
• Maintain organized design files, templates, and creative assets for future use.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of creativity, quality, and accuracy.
• Support the team with creative ideas that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
• Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field.
• Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with required desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, InDesign Quark, and Illustrator.
• A strong eye for visual composition.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
• Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
• Experience with computer-aided design.
