Job Description - Graphic Designer

Requirements

Design creatives for social media, school events, announcements, campaigns and promotions.

Create school brochures, posters, flyers, certificates, invitations and presentations.

Design worksheets, activity sheets, educational resources and school books.

Develop creative content for branding and marketing materials.

Collaborate with the academic, HR, marketing and events teams to understand design requirements.

Ensure consistency in the school’s branding, colours, fonts and visual identity.

Support the school during events and campaigns with timely creative requirements.

Adapt designs for different platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, website and print media.

Manage multiple design requirements and deliver work within deadlines.

Benefits

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a school, education, publishing or similar environment.

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW or equivalent design tools.

Good understanding of layout, typography, colour, branding and visual communication.

Experience in designing books, worksheets, educational materials and branding creatives will be an advantage.

Creative, organised and detail-oriented with good time-management skills.

Ability to understand briefs and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A good portfolio showcasing creative and relevant design work is preferred.
