Graphic Designer

As a Graphic Designer at WE ARE VERY, you will have the opportunity to apply your creativity and technical skills to produce visually stunning designs that captivate our clients' target audience.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients and internal teams to understand their branding objectives and develop compelling design concepts. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, including logo design, print materials, digital media, and web design. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is passionate about design and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs that align with clients' branding guidelines and target audience.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop design concepts and provide creative insights.
• Produce high-quality design deliverables, including logos, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website designs.
• Conduct thorough research and stay updated on current design trends to ensure industry-leading work.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Present design concepts to clients and incorporate feedback to deliver exceptional final designs.
• Maintain file organization and adhere to company processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design styles and projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
