Graphic Designer

The purpose of this role is to lead the immediate design team members and creative work with focus, commitment and an ever-increasing knowledge of all things design and art. Realises concepts and big ideas with a dedication to producing the highest caliber of creative product.

Job Title: Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Designing graphic and motion content, illustrations, and infographics.
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery.
• Reviewing design drafts to ensure quality.
• Generating fresh concepts.
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout various marketing projects.
• Liaising between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
• Understand creative briefs, prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Visualize look and feel for projects in line with the brief and as per brand guidelines.
• Create images and designs in line with design and communication objectives.
• Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of agency experience with a Strong portfolio, demonstrating creative/conceptual potential and writing capabilities.
• Creative thinking, analytical & problem solving
• Strong interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively at all levels and functions
• Ability to manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadline
• Sound business acumen; strategic skills
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Aftereffects
