Role Description

Job Description

• Design graphics from initial concept through to completion.

• Offer design recommendations and develop content for a diverse range of clients.

• Responsible for designing a variety of assets including web graphics, posters, banners, artworks, websites, business cards, and logos etc.

• Creating visual designs for print and digital media
• Collaborating with clients and decision-makers to understand project requirements
• Designing brand kits to ensure branding consistency
• Using design software to produce visually appealing designs
• Creating visual elements like logos and illustrations
• Revising designs based on client feedback

• Analyze and structure design frameworks based on project concepts and specified requirements.

• Create motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, marketing demos, tik tok videos, social media videos etc.).

• Create layouts and designs for advertisements, social media postings, brand building, brochures, magazines etc.

• Liaise between the Management and design teams to ensure that deadlines are met.

• Ensure that final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with the brand identity.

• Develop prototypes and draft plans for final design approval.

• Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.

• Ensure all deliverables comply with client policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graphics and Graphic Design skills
• Experience in logo design and branding
• Strong typography skills
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Degree in Graphic Design or a related field
