Graphic Designer

The Opportunity:

We're in search of a skilled Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help us create visually appealing designs tailored for our community of amateur sports enthusiasts. As a Graphic Designer, you'll have the exciting opportunity to merge your passion for sports with your creative talent, producing engaging designs that resonate deeply with our users. Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and effective designs for Playo’s marketing and branding campaigns across digital, social, outdoor and print media channels
• Conceptualize and design campaign creatives in sync with our design guidelines
• Design and adapt campaign creatives for various marketing channels such as banners, social media posts/carousels, ads, emails, standees etc.
• Ensure consistency of designs across all media channels
• Be the point of contact for production of designs including liaising with printing agencies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our brand fresh and relevant

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience as a graphic designer in a B2C brand
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects etc.
• Creative flair, originality and a strong visual sense with an eye for detail
• Proactive and self-motivated - you thrive in taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
• Ability to convert creative concepts to final design in a short span of time
• Visual editing, motion graphics and animation skills would be an added advantage
