Graphic Designer/ Content Creator (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Graphic Designer/ Content Creator to support our dynamic marketing team. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually engaging content across digital and print platforms to support the GlobeAir’s branding, marketing, and communication efforts. This position involves assisting in the development of  design concepts, producing high-quality visual assets, and ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

In this position you will be responsible for: 

Graphic Design & Layout (Print + Digital):

• Create presentations, newsletters, brochures, booklets & print collateral
• Maintain and refine brand assets (Jet Cards, ID cards, vouchers, logos, Ads etc.)
• Assist with merchandise & app-related design tasks
• Design onboarding materials like safety cards, briefings, contracts
• Create visual assets for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Design visual elements for events and internal communications (invites, stands, hangar screens)

 Brand Support:

• Help with jet redesigns & creative partner launches
• Design elements for new service programs (e.g., fractional ownership)
• Support internal design needs across departments

Content Creation Assistant:

• Interested in photography or videography? You’ll have the chance to join us behind the scenes for selected shoots and content productions.
• Bring in your ideas and improvements to actively contribute to the success of GlobeAir. 
• Collaborating with team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to create content.

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Knowledge of applying the Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects and XD
• Experience in graphic design (internship, studies, freelance, etc.) is an advantage. 
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Knowledge of web & app design, good handling of Adobe XD is considered a plus. 
• Strong sense for aesthetics, typography, and visual storytelling
• Excellent sense of visual composition and attention to detail
• A professional team-player with a strong work ethic, collaborative, open to feedback
• Able to bring a creative out-of-the-box-thinking mindset and love to go the extra mile
• Motivated to bring innovative ideas to life with passion and personal commitment
• Ability to make good judgements and meeting deadlines based on the needs of the company operation, in a very fast-paced environment. 
• Highly self-motivated and proactive with a willingness to take initiative
• Good written and spoken English skills 
• Must have the right to live and work in Austria
