It takes a skill-based approach to assessment, allowing companies to automatically generate standardized tests based on various skills and then accurately measure the developer’s performance on those skills. We proudly serve 1000+ customers across the globe with many of the fortune 1000 names in the list like Google, Walmart, Amazon, Barclays, GE, Siemens etc. We have assessed more than 2 million candidates, support 41 different programming languages, provide 8 different types of assessment techniques and enable assessments across 100+ different skills. HackerEarth also has a community version of the product that is used by developers across the globe, to assess their coding skills, become better at it and measure their true potential. They do it by solving coding challenges across different topics/skills and by participating in online competitions/hackathons. We have a thriving community of 7 million+ developers. Roles and responsibilities

• Own all design aspects of the website and work with front end developers to execute them.

• Create collaterals such as social media creatives, banners, email campaigns, marketing collaterals, infographics, direct mailers and event collaterals.

• Develop project concepts and apply a consistent design approach to a wide range of digital content.

• Must be comfortable with context-switching, managing stakeholders, negotiating timelines and assigning priorities in a relatively fast-paced environment.

• Should be a trend-watcher and look for ways to evolve the brand’s visual identity.

Job Requirement

• Ability to communicate with front-end developers to ensure faithful execution of designs.

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe XD, and FIGMA. The ability to draw illustrations is a bonus.

• Penchant for brainstorming with a copywriter.

• Strong ability to ‘extract a brief’ from stakeholders without design experience.

• Must be able to present their work.
