What You’ll Do

• Design Excellence: Create high-quality, eye-catching thumbnails tailored for video content in Telugu
• Optimization & Impact: Optimize designs to attract maximum attention and enhance click-through rates.
• Collaborative Creativity: Work closely with our content team to ensure that each thumbnail accurately reflects the theme and tone of the video content.
• Brand Consistency: Uphold a consistent visual style and branding across all your designs.
  

What We’re Looking For

• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telugu, both written and spoken.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or equivalent tools.
• Proven Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous digital design work, with a preference for experience in creating thumbnails or similar visual media.
• Independent & Reliable: The ability to manage your time effectively, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for design and a passion for telling stories through visuals.
