Role Overview

We're on the hunt for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who combines artistic talent with a strategic mindset. Your mission will be to transform ideas into visual stories that captivate, engage, and drive action. It's not just about having the skills; it's about bringing creativity, intelligence, and a touch of magic to everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and edit with a purpose, creating graphics and videos that not only look fantastic but also align perfectly with our growth-driven marketing strategies.
• Support the team in generating ideas, concepts, and visual direction in line with the brand voice and personality, with a specific focus on digital platforms
• Translate creative concepts into visual design using tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, etc (basic knowledge of Premier Pro, After Effects, etc. is a bonus)
• Take complete ownership of a few brands' overall digital graphics & aesthetics
• Work alongside a team of bright and creative professionals, where your brilliant brain will contribute to innovative campaign ideas and executions.
• Juggle multiple projects with ease, delivering each one with high quality and on-brand precision, thanks to your exceptional organizational skills.
• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest trends in design and video editing, ensuring our content remains fresh, relevant, and effective.
• Mentor graphic design interns and take on direct reporting of 1-2 interns/ junior designers in next 12 months

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Should be able to learn and adapt to new skills quickly.
• Strong creative thinking, typography skills, color theory, and illustration.
• A portfolio that screams creativity, skill, and a hint of genius.
• Ability to understand the ideas from other domains and incorporate them into illustrations beautifully.
• Superb communication skills, because a brilliant brain knows how to share its ideas.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work within a team environment.
• Basic Video Editing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time, In Office

Salary: ₹240,000/year - ₹420,000/year

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
