About the Role:

We are seeking a GRC Associate to support compliance initiatives, including tool deployments
and framework maintenance. This role involves assisting with risk assessments, policy
development, and cross -team collaboration in a fast -paced IT setting.

Responsibilities:

Own implementation of GRC frameworks and tools at scale.
Support compliance assessments, monitoring, and policy updates.
Assist with project management and develop technical documentation.
Collaborate and assist with IT, security, and other departments on compliance
tasks.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, law, software engineering, IT, risk management,
cybersecurity or related field.
1 -2 years in GRC, compliance, risk, or similar roles.
Basic knowledge of risk methodologies and compliance standards.
IT or software experience preferred, such as administrative or systems support.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, and good communication.
