About the Role

We are looking for experienced GRC Auditors to join a dynamic team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with hands -on exposure to internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance. Candidates with banking, fintech, or financial services domain experience will be highly preferred.

This role requires someone who can quickly contribute to audit cycles, risk analysis, and compliance monitoring while collaborating with business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal GRC audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  

• Perform risk assessments and control testing to identify potential compliance gaps.
  

• Document audit findings and provide risk mitigation recommendations.
  

• Support compliance with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, RBI guidelines, SEBI regulations, and DPDP Act (where applicable).
  

• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to stakeholders with clear remediation timelines.
  

• Coordinate with business teams, IT teams, and external auditors during audit cycles.
  

• Maintain and update risk registers, compliance trackers, and control documentation.
  

• Track remediation activities and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
  

Must Have Skills

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in GRC or Internal Audit.
  

• Hands -on experience in risk assessment and control testing.
  

• Strong audit documentation and report writing skills.
  

• Ability to join immediately or within 15 days.
  

Good to Have

• Experience in Banking / BFSI domain.
  

• Certifications such as CISA, CIA, CRISC, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
  

• Exposure to RBI or SEBI regulatory audits.
  

• Experience with GRC tools such as Archer, MetricStream, or similar platforms.
  

Educational Qualifications

• B.Com / BBA / MBA / B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
  

• Professional certifications in GRC, risk management, or auditing will be an added advantage.
