Key Responsibilities

  Welcome and assist customers/visitors at the project site and sales office.

  Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about the project, amenities, specifications, and payment plans.

  Coordinate site visits and ensure a smooth customer experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain visitor and customer records in CRM/Excel.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with the Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Support teams for customer requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Follow up with customers regarding site visits, bookings, documentation, and other requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain professional communication and build good relationships with customers.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare daily/weekly reports related to site visits, enquiries, and customer interactions.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure the reception and customer interaction areas are maintained professionally.
