Grinding Machine /5 Axis Operator

1. Operate and monitor 5 Axis CNC machines and grinding machines for precision component manufacturing.
   

2. Perform machine setup, tool setting, and work piece loading/unloading according to production requirements.
   

3. Ensure dimensional accuracy of components using measuring instruments like vernier caliper, micrometer, and gauges.
   

4. Read and interpret engineering drawings, CNC programs, and process sheets.
   

5. Carry out basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure smooth machine operation.
   

6. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production guidelines during machining operations.
   

7. Perform in -process inspection to maintain quality standards.
   

8. Ensure proper grinding operations for achieving required surface finish and tolerances.
   

9. Maintain production records and job cards accurately.
   

10. Follow safety guidelines and workplace discipline in the machine shop.
