Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Handle ticket reservations, cancellations, and changes - Check and verify passenger documents and issue boarding passes - Assist passengers with special needs and provide necessary support - Monitor flight schedules and ensure timely departures and arrivals - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the terminal and boarding gates - Communicate important information to passengers, such as flight delays or gate changes - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure a safe travel experience for passengers - Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Knowledge of computer systems and basic office software - Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
